Be still

¹³ And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. Exodus 14:13

Do you feel like you are stuck in an IMPOSSIBLE situation? Do you see no way out? Do you see no solution to problems in your life? God’s people found themselves in a similar predicament after leaving years of slavery. They were stuck between the Red sea & Pharaoh’s army. No matter which direction they turned to, death was waiting for them. You may find yourself in a similar situation and see no way out. It is at times like these, we need to “BE STILL”. Trust in God and see how he supernaturally resolves the issues. We all know what God did in Exodus, He took care of both obstacles in His people’s way. Not only did he part the Red sea but he also destroyed the army. Many of us feel the Satan’s attack as soon as we accept Christ and are freed from the slavery to sin much like Jews freedom from Egypt. Please do not react like Jews in Exodus who wanted to go back to Egypt and slavery but rather learn to “BE STILL“. Let God fight your battle. We worship the same God who parted the Red Sea. Your Red Sea might be an abusive spouse, lost child, financial troubles, broken relationship, bad health, unsaved family members or struggle within you, lack of faith, constant failure. Are you willing to trust God to Part the Red Sea in your life?
