And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings;
He gives wisdom to the wise And knowledge to those who have understanding. Dan 2:21

I just want to write to my Indian brother and sisters around the globe today.  Many of you were praying for election in India and perhaps are very disappointed by the results. God appoints the rulers of this world, and as we read in the Bible, He uses the ungodly to judge His people. The nation of Israel was walking in disobedience, and God used Assyrians and Babylonians to punish them. They attacked Israel and took many captives. Nothing happens in this world without God’s approval. It happens to achieve God’s purpose. According to Daniel 4: 17: That the Most High rules in the kingdom of men,
Gives it to whomever He will, And sets over it the lowest of men.’  We must understand no president or prime minister can save us but ONLY GOD. He allows certain things to happen in our lives or in this case In India for our greater good. Now maybe the Christians in India will genuinely look to God to deliver them instead of the government. Perhaps, God is using a ruler to correct and cleanse the church in India. I hope and pray that the church will use this as a wake-up call to turn to God. God assured Israel, YES, you are going in captivity, but I have a plan for you. Plan to prosper you ( Jeremiah 29:11). Today it may seem like God has not heard our prayers, and there are difficult times ahead for our Christian brothers & sisters in India. However, God has a plan. He never fails, nor does it forsake us. Let us all be in prayer for the church in India that they may turn to God and preach the word to the lost in that nation. He will protect those who are genuinely his. He will give them strength, and I truly believe this decision will help the growth of the church in India. When Jews hung the Jesus, they thought they put an end to Gospel. When Romans persecuted the apostles, they thought they would stop the spread of the Gospel. All it did was to fuel the fire and change the world. So be encouraged and Pray that this starts a fire in the heart of Christians and we see a revival in India. Amen.
